HR Specialist

To our HR Team we are looking for positive dynamic person, who is interested in the areas connected with Human Resources, who is good in communication and is never get bored to work with people. You will be part of the HR Team, involved in different interesting projects i.e. Recruitment projects, Employees evaluation, Employee events preparation…and many others.

We are fast growing non-corporate international insurance agency with friendly informal environment, and we are looking for enthusiastic HR Specialist to be responsible for the HR processes and projects within our company. You will have unique opportunity to get deep insight in HR field and build your career in HR.
  

WHAT WE DO EXPECT FROM YOU

RECRUITMENT:

You will be involved in whole recruitment process. From advertising, through interviews and giving job offers to candidates. You will be support for managers helping them to make correct choice.

EMPLOYEE CARE:

Advice employees in HR matters, to help maintain and update our benefit package.

EMPLOYEES EVENTS:

You will be part of the team preparing events for employees (Team buildings, Sport activities, Diversity days…etc). Your creativity is appreciated. You can bring your own topics and ideas to these activities.

HR ADMINISTRATION:

You will be responsible for whole employee cycle from on-boarding to off-boarding. You will be preparing, ensuring and updating all related documents to work contracts, amendments and others. You will be responsible for employees files.

PAYROLL DATA PREPARATION:

You will be responsible for preparation payroll data (attendance, absences) for our payroll accountant. No worries our accountant is always to willing advice you in this area.

ATTENDANCE AND E-LEARNING SYSTEM:

You will be responsible for updating and maintaining data in our attendance and e-learning system. Creating new profiles, implementing changes and others.

OTHER DEPARTMENT PROJECTS:

You can be involved in other HR projects including employees evaluation, HR system implementation and many others. You can have your own project as well.


EQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR field
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Czech language (written and spoken)
  • Experience from international diverse environment is advantage
  • Knowledge of basics of Labor Code
  • Good administration skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Proactive emphatical positive personality
  • You are willing to learn new things
