CUSTOMER SERVICES DEPARTMENT TEAM LEADER 

Would you like to work in dynamic international environment? Would you like to be leader of small team (4 - 6 people)? Then you maybe the right candidate.

The Customer Services Department Team Leader is responsible for ensuring the successful onboarding of new dealers and once dealers have been onboarded ensuring existing dealers remain satisfied with our service by providing timely and proactive solutions to their queries. Frequent contact with DEFEND INSURANCE key partners is required to ensure successful project delivery. Your team will be responsible for the input of data into 2 bespoke systems (iGard and iDEFEND) and therefore, it is required that you work closely with the Service Delivery Manager and other internal stakeholders to ensure data integrity.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Lead projects for dealer implementation in bespoke systems
  • Team process and procedure improvements for efficiency and resilience
  • Ensuring BAU tasks are timely and accurate
  • Responsible for all team SLAs and KPIs
  • Service support internal and external
  • Regular meetings with key clients
  • IT escalation for risks and issues 
  • Establishing service improvement activities when required

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience of working within an insurance company, consulting firm or financial services organization is an advantage
  • Ability to lead and support multiple projects
  • Focus on building customer relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiar with LEAN principles preferable
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, conditional functions) advantage
  • Experienced in leading a small team
