We are looking for an experienced candidate to take over the role of Compliance Manager. We are offering interesting and unique experience within the international fast growing insurance group.

  • Ensure all divisions of the group comply with relevant legislation and collect most current knowledge and information
  • Take a lead on contract management and contract audit process
  • Manage archiving of contracts according to relevant legal requirements
  • Be a key person for GDPR related matters for the entire group
  • Undertake regular internal claims audits and monitor audits performed by other members of the team
  • Manage Quality Assurance team for CEE & UK (2 persons)
  • Manage the group’s complaints-handling policy and be the key person for coordinating investigations into complaints
  • Work with Management to ensure that the group implements and maintains suitable systems and controls to meet all regulatory requirements
  • Compliance reporting – prepare regular monthly and bi-weekly reports on complaints and compliance data for management and underwriters
  • Take leadership on regulatory reporting requirements and, where required deal directly with regulators (CNB, NBS, MNB, KNF, Lloyd’s) to ensure all reports are filed within the required deadlines


  • At least 3 years of experience in compliance area within financial institution
  • Fluent English language and fluency in either Czech, Slovak, Polish or Hungarian
  • Relevant university education (insurance, law…etc.)
  • A broad general understanding of legislation dealing with insurance intermediaries in CEE markets
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a supervisory or advisory capacity
