  • The Key Account Manager is responsible for the development of DEFEND GROUP POS insurance business, including, GAP, Warranty, and other automotive products in the Broker and Dealer market.


  • Professional representation of the company and its products and services
  • Sustain and nurture solid relationships with key clients 
  • Develop the field presence of the company
  • Frequent visit of the business partners
  • Acquisition of new business partners
  • Negotiating contractual cooperation with business partners
  • Preparation and signing of contractual documentation with business partners
  • Training of representatives of business partners - product, work with information system, processes
  • Addressing and resolving business partners’ requirements (exceptions, reporting, motivation, consulting)
  • Active involvement in the launch of new products
  • Attending of company’s professional events
  • Other tasks assigned by Country Manager


  • The Key Account Manager's responsibilities include growing the company's revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for key clients and also be able to develop relationships with potential clients.
  • Should be able to analyze data and sales statistics and improve business.
  • The ability to build rapport with key clients.
  • Minimum communicational level of English in written and oral. The candidate has to manage all the necessary process with English speaking departments.
  • Official authorization of insurance intermediary or minimum Bsc graduation in economics or finance studies.
  • Minimum 3 years experiences on the field of insurance, finance or trade.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel Microsoft Office applications
  • Enthusiasm, performance, communicativeness, negotiation skills, analytical thinking.
  • B driving license
  • Native Hungarian language is must
