  • Adminitration of insurance contracts in our online system 
  • Checking the accuracy of data in insurance policies and compliance with insurance conditions
  • Records of incoming payments according to the bank statements
  • Service the needs of our dealer network, agents and brokers and clients 
  • Serves as a customer service support by processing clients e-mail or call requests
  • Administrative support of our Hungarian sales team
  • Works closely and diligently with our headquarter on special projects 
  • Support others who maintain relationships with customers
  • Respond to inquiries quickly and completely, provide status updates


  • Proficient MS Word / MS Excel skills
  • Fluent in the Hungarian language (oral and written)
  • Intermediate knowledge of second language (oral and written): English, Czech or Slovak
  • Organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
  • Pro-customer attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Willingness to learn new things
  • Organizational skills and ability to work independently and in the team also
