We are looking for an experienced candidate to take over the role of Operations Manager. We are offering an interesting and unique experience within the international fast growing insurance group.

Are you results-oriented, self-motivated and experienced in managing key projects and teams within insurance or finance business in the international company? Do you like new challenges, creating and innovating structures within an international business environment? Do you like to lead people towards success and achieving their goals? 


  • Manage and support the development of our UK and Ireland Insured business, to assist in the delivery of maximum return on investment, at executive management level through delivery of business objectives.
  • Responsible for a culture of continual business improvement, established and maintained at the forefront of all business activities and at all equivalent and junior levels within the organisation.
  • Responsible for positive and timely business growth within a regulated framework.
  • Management of 4 team leaders and a department of approx. 20 people in total.


  • Management of key projects in the area of insurance business
  • Conducting client relationship management
  • Managing the transition of client´s into a larger global insurer group
  • Managing onboarding of larger volume of clients
  • Managing reporting teams (customer service, IT development, finance)
  • Ensuring product innovation
  • Development and support of product performance
  • Collaboration with other key managers, teams and clients
  • Development of procedures and dealers implementation
  • Sign off of monthly financial BAU tasks and KPI results


  • At least 5 years or more experience in management in an insurance company, consulting firm or financial services organisation
  • Ability to lead and support multiple projects with multiple clients while regularly communicating project updates in a timely manner
  • A strong focus on building customer relationships and executing a high standard of customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiar with LEAN principles preferable
  • Well-developed people management, mentoring and leadership abilities
