We offer you the opportunity to join us as:

IT Specialist

Specializing in recommending and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency of our IT/IS while continually assesing and mitigating security risks within our IT infrastructure and online systems. Considering candidates to be hired in our Prague office, supporting business in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Recommend and implement new technologies to improve efficiency of internal processes
  • Continually asses and mitigate security risks within IT infrastructure, online systems
  • Communicate with IT/IS supplier regarding new requests, technical issues
  • Work with underwriting, marketing and sales teams to provide timely and professional customer support
  • Become admin of CRM system (create users, assign rights, maintain list of company owed assets, oversee vacations’ module, help with training of other users)
  • Participate on other departmental projects (digital signatures, information TV screens, etc.)

Basic qualifications:

  • Secondary School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience with Windows 7 and newer
  • Natural interest in IT field and technology, interest in new development
  • The position offers an opportunity for junior candidates with training provided so it's important to have a good understanding of the basic concepts with strong analytic skills
  • Ability to communicate and articulate technical issues according to circumstances
  • Fluent in one of the following language (oral and written): Czech, Slovak or English
  • Intermediate knowledge of second language (oral and written): Czech, Slovak or English
  • Experience with administration and maintenance of MS Office, Exchange mailbox
  • Detail oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work related experience
  • Organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience with System Support and/or IT security
  • Previous experience with data mining, data analysis
