Reporting Specialist

Specializing in providing timely and accurate reports to the management using existing tools while looking for and implementing new ones. Responsible for data quality, data flow processes. Considering candidates to be hired in our Prague office, supporting business in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for data quality (including import, update, audit, cleaning) in Carlife, iDefend, iGard and Reporting database
  • Design and distribute reports and other visualizations (Tableau, MS Access, MS Excel)
  • Optimize SQL queries in existing reporting tools (MS Access)
  • Responsible for ETL (extract-transform-load) process of Reporting database
  • Automate generation and distribution of reports for internal and external users
  • Maintenance and control of the underwriting rates in online systems
  • Maintenance and updating of the xls for warranty and GAPsupport API partners
  • Support sales and other departments
  • Participate in other department projects

Basic qualifications:

  • Secondary School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Proficient MS Excel skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Access
  • Fluent in one of the following language (oral and written): Czech, Slovak or English
  • Detail oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work related experience
  • Organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience with any of the following: SQL, VBA, Tableau
  • Intermediate knowledge of second language (oral and written): Czech, Slovak, English or Polish
  • Previous experience with data mining, data analysis
