Receptionist / Office Assistant

Due to business expansion we are looking for a new member of our friendly team.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, manage the company's central email, take care of visits
  • Process mail and courier shipments
  • Ordering office supplies and refreshment
  • Supporting the CEO - booking accommodation and transport, administrative support, preparing presentations, scheduling meetings
  • Maintain a representative appearance of offices and common areas and provide necessary repairs
  • Communicate with contractors and cleaning companies
  • Organize corporate events and other activities for employees, birthdays, etc

Basic qualifications:

  • Secondary's degree or equivalent work related experience
  • Fluent (oral and written) in English - min. better B2 - daily using, superior does not speak czech
  • Fluent (oral and written) in Czech - C2 - daily using
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Positive person with good communication skills, reliability, organizational, prioritization and multitasking skills
