Project And Operations Coordinator

This role suits someone who has attention to detail and experience working in a busy high volume office environment. This role requires interaction with all various people within the company so a friendly and helpful demeanour is required. Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth workflow of the department.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assisting dealers with all enquiries including but not limited to: setting up new users, making policy amendments, assisting dealers with navigating the iGard system
  • Preparing ad-hoc reports
  • Managing all supplier and repairer payments, claims payments, cancellations and refunds of policies
  • Liaising with underwriters and insurance policy audits
  • Managing efficiency projects for the team including iGard, Setting up VPS, Procedure documents
  • Responsibility for system maintenance and development in line with client needs

Basic qualifications:

  • Has a broad experience of working in a customer service environment
  • Native / Close to native level English
  • Good communication skills, relationship management skills, negotiation and investigative skills, organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Proficient computer skills (MS office applications, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Legal right to work in Prague (e.g. Visa)
