DEALER SERVICE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist in the smooth running of the dealer services department by providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, completing a set of pre determined tasks in an efficient and timely manner and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
To be successful as in this role, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and comfortable with both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, Administrative Assistants should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Perform a list of regular tasks related to the efficient running of the UK department in a timely manner
  • Provide administrative support for the dealer services department
  • Answer telephones and emails from Motor dealers and customers in the UK

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent English
  • Good communication skills
  • Has a broad experience of working in a regulated customer service environment
  • Ability to meet & exceed customer expectations
  • Investigative skills
  • Able to use MS office applications, Word, Excel, Outlook
